To get started, install the modular furniture software and schedule the complimentary training session provided with your license. Mozaik offers official tutorials, weekly Q&A live streams, and a user forum. Many users recommend investing in thorough initial training and joining user groups on Facebook or forums for peer support and advice.

Before starting, consider your standard furniture dimensions, construction methods, hardware preferences, and material choices. Mozaik provides customizable libraries and templates to match your shop’s workflow. Training and onboarding support are available to help you configure the furniture manufacturing software for your needs.

New users should begin by watching the four essential training videos provided on the Mozaik Training Videos page. These videos guide you through the basics of setup, navigation, and first steps to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

After successfully licensing your software package, you can download and install it from our online server.

Licenses are managed through your Mozaik account. To transfer a license, contact Mozaik, as the process may require deactivating the current installation before reactivating on a new machine. Therefore you need to email the unique UserID that Mozaik generates when installing to code@mozaiksoftware.com.

Log in to your Mozaik account portal or contact support to manage billing, renewals, or cancellations.

Use the password reset feature on the Mozaik login page or contact support for account recovery assistance.

Mozaik online training

Starting at $95/hour

Mozaik provides online one-on-one training with a trainer. The training is done using web-based tools that enable the trainer to interact with you and your PC.
